Career professor (science, not art), finally putting more time into painting. I'm amazed at how quickly Bob Ross paintings come together compared to the acrylic stuff I used to do over periods of months. The speed of his alla prima technique really helps me to follow my current goal of "quantity over quality", which has helped me progress as opposed to being paralyzed by trying to be perfect.
