Trying to do some things that are out of my comfort zone. Seascapes being one of the many! Giant triangular waves are my specialty. More practice definitely needed. Difficult for me was blending the foam to shadow again.

Triangle is because you need to thing about wave as hollow cylinder. Try to draw some ovals of various sizes on piece of paper and the top of them is pretty much how the wave curls. I use an insert from toilet paper when I feel stuck as my model and try to position it according to perspective lines, and it shows me what kind the top of wave needs to be in the painitng.
