Painted on a 20 x 16 canvas. The canvas was painted using a grey gesso then added some black acrylic and white acrylic to create the starting part. This is the first oil painting I have done with my new oil paints and the first oil painting I did on a black canvas. I am happy with the painting overall. I used painters tape along the edge so I could handle the painting once finished. It still has to dry, but I am pleased with how it looks.
