Wilderness Trail

Ninoum 19 Nov 2022

Matt AKA Mgiese84 posted in the forum some of the least BR paintings created in 2021. Wilderness trail was only painted twice that year. So I gave it a go… with some add ons. My big tree look kinda weird due to the gloss of the fresh paint. It looks much better in person. I really enjoyed making this one.

I will def do more of the least painted ones. They all have their personal challenges.

Thanks Matt for creating that list!

wow this is great!

Love the details on the dead tree. Looks like a woodpecker went to town on that tree!

Thank you ladies! Yes that tree looks like it has seen better days. Lots of woodpeckers took care of it! Lol!!!

Very nice and this one is unique in that not much of the background ends up showing in the end

Very true Matt! Such a nice one to paint. I am not sure why it hasn’t been painted that much in 2021. Maybe it has been overlooked?

It reminds me of the wilderness in British Colombia. I went there once. It looked just like that. It’s spectacular!
I think the next ones on your list that I want to “attack” are a “warm winter”, “misty forest oval” and “splashes of autumn”. I’ll do them all eventually. 😊

Very pretty, I wonder what is hiding over that rise?

Thanks Brian! Maybe Bob Ross! Lol! 😅

Really beautiful and great details! Love the fallen tree.

Thank you Sandy! 😊

I love this it's beautiful!

Thank you Sherina! ☺️

Terrific job on this! I love that big tree on the right, so full of texture and highlight/shadow colors.

Awww! Thank you Pam! That tree gave me some trouble. But I won the battle at the end. 😅.

Very nicely done :) I love the forest view. The tree is really detailed and adds interest. Good depth as well

Thank you very much Daniel! I really enjoy painting forest scene. Bob has quite a few nice ones to tackle.
