This painting completes series one for me. I added a touch of phthalo green in the water (as I like to do). I will say the very first season grew on me as I worked through it. I’d definitely recommend buying the book version of this season. The camera angles are not very good and not to mention that horrible music 🤪.

Thanks Brian. Those are tricky. A tip for ya is wherever you want a cloud try and leave the highlights and shadows off. It's much easier to form and blend without all that heavy paint behind them.

I’ve avoided the first season for the reasons you describe, but there are some nice paintings coming from it. Love your low clouds and sprawling mountains!
