Distant Hills

My second ever wet on wet! Still way too much liquid white on this even though I tried to cut it back a lot from the first one. In my opinion, the base of the tree should be thicker, and I still have a lot to learn about using the knife, and the corners of brushes for the trees. I thought I would try the exact same painting again to see how much of a difference using less liquid white would make, alongside using a bigger canvas. I think some parts are better than other attempts, and some could use work but it's all just experience at this point. Eventually I'll make enough happy accidents that I'll have learned a lot from them.
