Probably my favorite of the paintings I have posted here so far! Definitely room for improvement still, and I think I put way too much colour on the base which gave me mixing problems as I progressed, but overall I think it came out alright. I unintentionally took a mirrored approach to Bobs painting as I was laying down my foliage on the right side and somehow missed that he left a gap for the water below it so I chose to do it on the left instead. I also omitted the weird dead tree branch thing he does on the left side as I personally do not like the way it looked. Bob always said that I get to make the decisions since I am making my own little world, and I'm glad that his carefree approach allows me to pick and choose what I do and do not add.
