In bad weather conditions like cold, rain, wind and snow this painting is a good medicine for a better mood. Third time I painted this one and it is still one of my favorites, on canvasboard 40 x 30 cm.

Thank you Tony, Dirk my seascape canvas is prepared with the second layer of black in the meantime.
I also always take two layers of gesso. Sometimes I grind it with grain size 240 to smooth it. (if necessary)
