The subject of painting that I am best at is mountains. At one point, I even thought about specializing in painting only mountains, but now I'm able to give many people the joy of painting, so I think that is more important.

When painting the shadow of the mountain, basically paint it with the base color of the mountain and a little blue with white, and then add a little darker color. You just have to think carefully about the proportions of the colors at this point and paint it. I don't think anyone else does this, but sometimes I add a little dark color to the light side as well.

I totally agree with you Jin! Mountains are your forte! Beautiful compo my friend. Do you use more than just 2 colors (highlights & shadows colors)?
