Divine Elegance

Again I feel that Iā€™m learning more and more with each paining but I am having the hardest time pulling the titanium white through the mountains and having it break nicely. I use no pressure....

Bob makes it look a lot easier than it is! The mountains have a good shape.

I struggle with mountains too, I also find my canvas dips slightly and have been trying boards to practice.
To be honest, I think your mountains looks really good, I can see the lines in them the depth and peaks.
Your painting makes me smile, I hope it makes you happy too.

Lovely color of the background trees!

Making the paint to break is not always that simple. Using no pressure is a good idea but alwso be certain the used white paint is really thick.
There are several articles to be found about this in the article section.

Success! And I will second Mrs C here, mountains shadows and lines are really good!

Thank you all! I will certainly check out articles related to this.

Really good painting. I learned the hard way on making the paint break. When I purchased oils (Bob Ross) thru Amazon they were a lot thinner than the oils purchased thru them directly. Same logo but different. I know they just switched to a different manufacturer so maybe the older ones are being recycled online but i have found going thru them directly even tho it might take longer to get seems to work better for me.

Thank you for the tip, Happisland. I will order my next Titanium White tube through them directly.
