My highlights muddied up the rock but other than that im pleased with how it turned out.

Thats actually just from the camera. You cant see that pattern in real life
Right on. I thought maybe it was painted on wood. It definately is a good painting though. I'm nervous about painting waves.

I really like the bold colors in this one! What did you paint it on that is giving it that background pattern? It gives the painting a lot of motion.
