Harder than I thought to get a good, true gray with VDB and PrB. It's a great scene to practice Bob's techniques.

You really managed to get a lot of depth in the painting. The foothill with distant trees looks amazing and I love how you've done your evergreens.
The subtle differences in the grey tones are also great.

Man, i LOVE your interpretations of Bob's compositions. You seriously take it to the next level and it just blows my mind creatively to be open to such different compositional choices. Your TREES! I love the detail, makes me want to try it like that!
