Golden Knoll - s12e1
This was a quick, fun painting to create, using a fairly limited palette of colors. I need to practice the effect that is used to paint the cabin roof. I 'flicked' some paint onto the path to try to give it a bit of character and depth. This is a really good painting to practice tree branches. Overall, I am fairly satisfied with this one. My knoll probably could have used a bit more 'gold' and a little less green :)

Super job, Tony. The meadow colors and their contrast with the sky and background colors make this composition sparkle. I also really like your liner brush work on the bare trees.
