It was a long time ago I did a seascape, this is one of the last seascapes from the YOP series I did not paint and I was curious about bringing liquid white on a black canvas, for the sky in this case, never did it before. On canvasboard 30 x 24 cm.

I really like what you did with the background hills here.
I love to use LW on black canvas, it makes the shadows so much deeper and really gives the painting depth. I hope you like it. I think this is really beautiful.

Bob (yeah I do like the effect, the clouds really pop, more then the picture shows, I was afraid it would not cover the black or I should wipe it away by painting over it but it was alright), Nancy, Cold, Elsie and Pam!
Looks good. I especially like that you didn't overdo the liner brush work. Makes it look more realistic!
