Really enjoyed doing this one, especially the bridge. I still don't understand how Bob makes doing grassy areas so easy. 16" x 20" canvas.

Funny you should say that about grassy areas. I tried my own technique on my own composition, it involves holding the brush at an unusual angle and the result is amazing. I ruined a perfectly good fan brush doing it though, even on a smooth canvas - obviously Bob had more common sense than me! I've left it for so long I've forgotten what I had planned for the rest of it. But I'll upload it when its finished. Your grasses always have texture and appear natural looking. Well done with the bridge, something I haven't tackled yet.
Wow! Superb outcome! Your grassy area is beautiful. It took me some time before nailing the 2" or 1" grass technique. It will come with practice. 😊
