Tempera.
What I like:
- The stream itself is okay. The ground slope is okay.
- Background trees were okay (you can see a glimpse of that former glory right over where the stream starts, but the rest got covered by the foreground trees though).
What I don't like.
- Foreground trees totally mixed with background (especially the one on the right), making it all a bit of a mud-mix situation.

The trees on your Mountain Retreat and Mountain Waterfall are really good. Try to remember what you did to make them different. Your paints might be a bit soft, or too much liquid white. You might have too much paint on the brush, or pressing too hard, or both. Try to think damp on damp instead of wet on wet, and use gentle pressure. I think that might help to avoid mud. When you get mud you can wipe it off, then use the stain thats left on the canvas as the first layer and just put some highlights on top. Its difficult painting everything one colour and you got different shades of green which looks good.
