Colours came out a bit weak on the water, and the eye came out a bit dull coz I forgot to leave a white space in the black jesso for it but I never follow the tutorials and always mess something up, but thats how I learn🤣

I went through that Bob. Now I look at the picture once and do it from memory. Unless I'm creating an original from photos. I enjoy the challenge of unravelling the layers.

Super nice seascape. The details in the waves are perfectly executed. I also especially like the work on the rocks.
Thank you Jon, I wasn't sure about the rocks. I'm new to canvas boards and being so smooth and a smaller size I'm finding brush and knife work so different to what I'm used to, it's like learning to use them all over again but I'm enjoying the challenge. At least I can say "no mud was made during the making of this painting"🤣
