The season is inspiring me in this painting with these warm autumn colours! Preparation with acrylic and gesso, then (no liquid clear, I don't have any) I put a thin coat of oil that I found in my kitchen, and then the best moment: puting some warm colours on it!
thanks, Rebecca for these precious tips on the oils to use, I'll buy liquid clear soon... and safflower oil ! good to know. For this I used rapeseed oil.

Really like the colors and the shadows. Be very careful with kitchen oil. Safflower oil is good to use. Olive oil does not dry and will rot, become rancid, and then crack. Yikes.
