Besides black and white just one color was used: crimson. According to Bob this is a painting for absolute beginners, but my first attempt was too bad to upload, so I hope this one is better. I did the trees and the lake a bit different, two lakes and a bit of red in the water. Hopefully is this a goodbye to the grey winter we had here and we can look forward to a colorful spring, on paperpanel of 24 x 30 cm.

Super nice work! The rhyming "flow" of lines / shapes is almost hypnotic in combination with the limited palette. Turned out great!

Looking at this it is very difficult for me to believe that the 1st attempt was too bad to upload. This looks absolutely beautiful. I am a massive fan of this reduced colour palette and the way you created the texture for the trees, bushes and clouds. Stunning.
