11x14 Oil on canvas board. I followed along with Bob and painted #37 in the New Joy of Painting. It was good practice and something different to cut a 1/2 oval, but I think I prefer a symmetrical oval.

I'm not sure what Bob was thinking with the half oval, but I really like your version.
Trying new things is always a risk, and sometimes they won't be to your taste. But you still did a great job with this one- that mist looks so good!

Beautiful, especially the clouds and hills, but I also like the half oval.
