This was a redo after seeing the book version; I don't have the book, but found a picture of this episode on the web. The scene is very similar to 'Grandeur of Summer', a bit easier and the video is of course shorter. Some of my hills disappeared after the distant trees, which I did more with side -and upward strokes then with Bob's downward tap. I did it on wallpaper of 42 x 29,7 cm (A3 format). I bought a frame with an archive where I can put more paintings in and change the front regulary and judge if I will frame it by it's own, this frame has the mentioned size, so I cut the paper in that format.
so perfect! I love the evergreens and all bushes, you really master the shadows and highlights on the trees! Fantastic mountain by the way!
