Oil on 18x24 canvas. I enjoyed this painting. Took almost 4 hours! I have a hard time with winter scenes getting the white to stay bright with the fan brush. Anyone have any tips it would be great to hear. Enjoy!

Thanks joha. I did paint some when I was younger but hadn’t picked up a brush for 40 years! I started watching Bob Ross reruns and decided I want to paint again. Went to a class led by. A Bob Ross CRI this past April and have been painting a lot since then. Watching the videos and using the instruction books. It’s been a lot of fun. That’s a good tip to use a little liquid white. I’ll give it a try. Thanks

Beautiful version, you must be experienced when I see your paintings the last days.I think your snow is already very bright, sometimes I do at the end some bright spots in the snow with pure white and a drip of liquid white.
