Painted last winter, one of my favourites. Bob’s combination of the warm pink cooled by the pale blue icy pool makes this a very happy oval.

I have been looking at Winters Lace to paint. I am not good at trees but I like your bark. And really the entire picture is lovely.

This is very well done. I especially like how your approached the trees; they capture the natural tension between flexibility and rigidity that trees often possess. Nice!
