Wilderness Day

Voy Kay 03 Jan 2020

17th painting and feeling more and more confident, thanks to more practice, experience and cheers from my peers!
I never had it so easy to paint leaves and bushes, guess I am learning the hang of it. Although I agree that the bushes have to few depth and are too symmetrical. Also the branches on the trees are a bit too orange/brown like. Pity but … I am learning from it.
Easiest to do was the sky, the path and the grass. Toughest was trying to fill up the painting, which I only partially succeeded in. Canvas used was a 16"x20". No worries!

Love your sky & the way the mountain top is blurred. Nice work
