This was my very first painting and exactly a year after painting, I painted another one to compare the two.

There's a significant improvement here, you should be very proud of yourself! It's really great how much skills improve with practice. Next month will be my one year anniversary and I'm also planning on re-painting my first attempt to see what the difference looks like.

Certainly there is difference and considering around 40 paintings in between these two, I think you like seeing the progress yourself!
