An Arctic Winter Day

Jin7 07 Jun 2020

I think that the cabin and the mountain are difficult in this work, but it is important to draw the perspective in the right angle for the cabin. Also, be careful not to put too little paint on the knife, as it will be difficult to paint. Mountains are one of the things most people struggle with, but once you get the hang of it, the same thing is repeated.
The tree on the left side of the cabin is not good , so if I have the opportunity, I will redraw and upload again.

I like the opening in the sky. It tells that bad weather will go away soon!

Mountains are beautiful as usual!

Dear Tom0779 Sunnylady Thank you both.

Speaking of mountains, I think I have already surpassed Bob.
It is natural Bob could paint Bob's own painting is better than me .
Being better than Bob means that he doesn't draw the actual mountain. Three years ago, I happened to meet a famous painter and let him see my work. The moment he saw it, he was very surprised and gave the painting a good rating. Of course ,they are my original work (for example, Amaharashi coast) Later I was really surprised to find out that such a great painter that the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry bought his painting.

Your sky is amazing, that little hint of sunlight, beautiful! The reflections in the water and lovely too.

This is gorgeous Jin. I know it’s been a little while that you have painted it, but you really did an outstanding job!
