3x3”, I painted this one primarily with a makeup sample spatula, the kind you might use at Sephora or ulta to test their products.

YES! Totally agree with Felix on that.
The texture and flatness of the layer brings this little painting to look whole I think. Also less details and less brush traces and it is clearer and nicer for the eye because of the small size.
Thank you both! I had fun with this one but still am not as confident as I would like to be in big sizes with the knife; I think I need a better one than my sad little plastic guy lol. I’ll definitely try this one full size and see what happens (if I can ever find the time 🙃)

Knife only seems to work great on the small scale!
