For me the twig/branch painting is an improvement. It’s the first time I thought Oh that’s what Bob means. It was fun to splatter the paint, but now the painting is laying flat because I got the paint too thin and I don’t want the snow to run down the painting.

It looks great. It is sometimes a good precaution to give it some set time flat to keep gravity from fighting you!
This is a great painting! Nice job on the background trees and I like the snow splatter touch.
