My first painting. I was a bit nervous when I started but somehow it turned out better than I expected. I especially liked painting the clouds. I didn't know whether to add the pathway or not, but in the end I think it really adds to the painting. All in all I regarded this painting as a more or less successful project and it gave me motivation to keep on painting.

For your first piece this looks great. I really like the different areas of light reflectivity and shadowing on your water as it adds a nice contrast from the bright blue sky and fluffy white clouds.
