This is my version of Shadow Pond. I made the background green in my painting to match my paintings Forest Edge and Covered Bridge. This is a challenge for foliage! I used liquid clear in combination with the other colors. It is very shiny. With all the foliage and highlights, a lot of layers of paint are on the canvas. It became difficult to make the foreground trees. Took a lot of paint thinner and patience. Overall happy with the results. My liner brush work on the background was not great. Tried to cover it with leaves!
If you need practice with foliage, this is a good painting to try!

i know that you have trouble with many things here, but this paint have some in herself good that i cant explained, maybe good contrast betwen green and light yelow in the middle,keep practising
