I wanted to do this one to try a different technique for painting the mountain. My first attempt didn't go too well, so I scraped it off and tried again. I'm pretty happy with the result.

So, in this one, the snow doesn't start at the top of the mountain. I caught the last half of the episode on the Twitch stream this morning and I wasn't sure how or why he did it that way, so I decided to do the painting while I watched the video. Bob actually did a whole different technique for adding the snow in to make it look more like a glacier. I wasn't able to follow his technique for it too well (which is why I scraped it off and tried again), but the end result was a lot of fun!
That's interesting. I'm not on season 30 yet. I'll be looking forward to seeing this one.
