Gray Mountain

Mgiese84 28 Oct 2021

A nice bright one today. Again once you get past the mountain I think it's pretty smooth sailing. Certainly one that will brighten up a dull room.

Very pretty! I think you put your red accent bushes in just the right placement in just the right quantities to draw the eye.

And thank you too Pam. We'll call a couple of those red bushes happy accidents. A few started out as indian yellow but didn't show up too great so they got turned into red.

Deff not gray :D stunning colours

Wow. It's been 5 years since anyone complimented you on this painting? I adore it! Your mountains are flawless, and I love the happy accident of the red flowers. That's actually what drew my attention on the thumbnail page to look at it closer up!! AND, I REALLY appreciate the fact that you left some of the yellow in the water. Bob paints it, then completely covers ALL of the yellow! I think it's great!! Oh, and the landlines, fantastic! Where land meets water is one of my really bad points, but I can see and take inspiration from yours! WONDERFUL painting!!!
