Another Louisiana swamp painting with an old, rugged cross gold leafed into it. 11x14, oil and gold leaf. I ran the painting on this one up to the edge of the state as opposed to leaving the white border. It was a LOT faster with less clean up around it!! I also added some moss in the tree this time.

The gold/silver leaf on canvas is tricky, but easy once you know lol. Get with me and I'll save you several canvases, headaches, and probably some hair and sanity too!!!!🤣
