‘Abandoned Shops’ is from a small country town west of here and painted in W&N Gouache at 8x5” on 150gsm cellulose-based paper in a beige-toned paper Stillman & Birn Nova Series sketch book that S&B rate as a ‘heavyweight, medium grain surface for mixed media. This paper handled this job quite well. Enjoy, cheers.
