‘The Basin’ is the partially rock protected swimming area at our now local beach where we have holidayed with the kids for the last 35-odd years when we lived out west & then down south. The view is from the units where we stayed; and where the remaining family from Toowoomba still come up to for holidays. This specific painting was at the request of that family to hang on their wall. It is painted in oil using MJS techniques on a 16x12" canvas. Enjoy.

Wow the flowers and the path on the left with shadows are incredible. Honestly the whole thing looks like a photograph, well done!
