I painted this a couple of weeks ago on a rainy day. I surprised myself at how it turned out. I like how my rocks turned with all of the shading I did to them, and I also love the water reflections and lilypads. I’m also glad I added that gazebo for a nice garden look to the painting. The cherry blossom trees were easier than I thought they would be to do. I love this painting.
