I am finally done!!! 🎉 Well, almost. This took me 2 weeks to complete. # 200th is in the books!!
I do have a few more details I want to take care of. I want to make Quebec’s flag more obvious in the lettering of “Québec, La Ville”. Also, I should be able to add the rail guard on the right side of the little pavilion . I’ll wait until it dries.

⚠️ I have modified Quebec’s flag in the lettering. It makes it more relevant this way (See picture attached). I will add a white outline around the letters once it’s dry.
