This one has very pretty colors. I prefer pastels to very bold. I kept the colors lighter than what Doug had them on his original. I am not a fan of my upper sky. My clouds look like cauliflower on this picture! Lol! In person, they don't. I t must be my lighting. I will def redo this one at some point.
We did the sky in a different fashion. Starting at the horizon line and making our way up. It was another great way to go about creating a sky. I really like the reflection of the colors of the sky in the ocean.

I would never have thought of doing a painting with these colors. But they work. They are definitely the Ken & Barbie colors. Glad you like them Jos!
Those are wonderful clouds Nancy! The waves look so natural. Water and wet sand are great. Your paintings are really making me want to take a workshop.
