Grandeur of Summer Recreation

As another noted, can't find where to upload this in Bob's many seasons since this was a 1 hour special. Anyway, this is my first attempt at any Bob Ross painting (painting period). Acquired all my supplies and studied his paintings for quite some time. I've been actually watching him since he started on tv. Finally committed and this resulted. It came out ok, but I can see where improvements can be made such as the reflections, bushes, and trees. Forgot about the thin paint sticks to thick paint thing when it came to the bushes. I signed it but my signature is horrible and had to cover it up...oh well!

Update 4/17/24. Well...since this was my first painting, I decided I would use it for practice and add stuff here and there. Didn't like the big red bush on the left in my first attempt so added yellow and red brush here and there on both sides. Painting sat for a bit. Then didn't like the reflection on the right not showing the yellow, red, and pine tree so added reflections. Now I think I am done. Anyways gave me some good practice with elements of the painting. Will probably, eventually, make a do-over on this one. LOL...I love this...so much fun!!!
