Here in Guyana cows are everywhere. Where is cow there is a heron nearby. This time heron got scared and flew away. Smart bird did not want to be disturbed by viewers.

@indicationofart - this is so challenging to be mindful about brush work and not to try to blend. I blended I will not lie. I work hard to create rough look. And then I fought to myself not to start detailing too much.
@dracula - thank you. Lighting was challenging to do. Since it was out of my head, I only had a photo of cow and had to imagine the rest. Now I need to think how to put heron in. Not on this one, but rather next project. I think it may have interesting composition. Anyway, in this project I got too far from what I had in my mind. I did not sketch with pencil, that would help a lot to approach to original idea.
What non Bob projects do you have nowadays? Any new artist’s studies?
