"Sunlit Willow"

Wanted to try another technique and so I decided to do this one, following the "Willow Tree Sunlight" tutorial by Kevin Hill.
I had a lot of fun with this little painting (40x50 cm is small in my case) and I'll most likely have a go at some of the other tutorials that Kevin Hill has made. Simply because I like his loose style of painting and the atmosphere he has in his paintings.
The other images show the initial background painting and the partial tree.
I'd sit there and while away the hours, very nice 👍

This is beautiful! I am going to give this one a try soon. Did you use the shop towels like Kevin? I have seen him do this but I have never done it 🤔

Very cool, yeah kevin has some very cool painting tutorials, I tend to think of him as BR in hd lol. Nice job though
