Creek and Branch practice.
No official title on this one yet. I don't consider it finished yet. It still needs some assorted foliage by the creek and maybe a shrub or 2. I am drawing a blank on what I want to do, so we'll leave this here for now.
I knew I wanted to practice painting a stream and I got a new set of detail brushes that I wanted to try out for finer branch detail. I had no idea what I wanted to compose until it happened on the canvas.
When I revisit this painting a a couple/few weeks, I'll add in additional details and give the painting a proper name :)

Well, I would be quite comfortable living in that house/cabin and getting up in the morning having a hot coffee, and enjoying a little fishing in your stream. Your painting brings back some good memories and calm feelings for me.
I really like the color variation in the grass, your rocks look so real!
