This is my own pond that always overruns its banks after some decent rain. This took me about 4 hours. Painting Plein Air was way easier for my brain than following a Bob Ross painting. My camera is very low quality and the painting is much crisper in person. I very much enjoyed painting this one. I anticipate that I will be doing a lot more originals going forward!

Very nice piece! The highlighting and shading are great along with the depth created with the soft background trees and details in the water, rocks and grass in the foreground. Well done.
