No one can demonstrate the Bob Ross wet on wet technique more clear then Marion Dutton in this free YT tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XosE0p2s8cs). She used just some light colors as white, yellow and orange against some dark colors as black and brown to create some beautiful silhouette effects. I just did a try, on wallpaper of 40 x 30 cm.
