Oil and acrylic on canvas | 8”x10” | The base on this is a very thin acrylic wash. I thought I was going to do this entire piece with acrylic, but decided to go with oil instead. This is the first time I’ve really used a palette knife that I custom-shaped to create small half-circle shapes. It creates a scalloped effect that I’m pretty pleased with.
