Oil on canvas | 8”x10” | Continuing in my experimentation with loose Impressionism, I decided to imagine a small townscape with heavy emphasis on shadows. I added a new red to my palette in addition to magenta: vermillion hue.
Thank you! It’s so much more freeing to paint buildings like this rather than trying to get precise details.
