An attempt at a portrait of my son. It was fin to try but I think I enjoy landscapes more.
Thank you! One tip that I read somewhere was to premix all of the colors and light variations that you plan to use. Although I discovered more that I was missing along the way, it really helped me to visually be able to see a few different shades of each color option to better highlight and shadow. I think I will forever struggle with eyes!

I like the colour mix on the face. It perfectly shows the shades and where the light is shining. The hair has great movement. Well done! Human figures are so difficult. I haven't tried a face yet, too scared.
