Oil on canvas | 11”x17” | This is scene I imagined, trying to use up paint on my palette and experiment with the #12 filbert some more. I got this filbert a few months ago but got frustrated with brush painting, focusing on knife painting instead. I decided to try painting with just one brush, with no solvents.
Thank you! I love the texture effects that I can get with a large filbert brush with firm bristles.
