Oil on canvas | 11”x14” | This was definitely a painting that I needed two painters for: one to paint, and the other to tell me when to stop. This is the final product of my experiment using watercolor for an underpainting. I think I might keep using this method as I think sketching, inking, and watercoloring before adding oil paint really helps with my composition.
