I first picked up a brush when I was 12 and have painted off and on throughout the years. Retirement gave me more time to enjoy my hobby and now I paint whenever I can. Bob Ross became my hero when I first discovered him on PBS. He kept me going whenever I wanted to give up on painting. His quiet wisdom and generous spirit have lived on and I'm glad to be a part of this community.
